What are the shipping options?

In order to provide our product at such a low price we have standardised or shipping method to utilise ePacket delivery.  This allows us to provide tracking information on all our orders and provide a uniform shipping experience for all our customers wherever on this blue dot they call home.

When will I receive my order?

Please see our shipping policy for a detailed explanation but we have been averaging between 7-14 days to the US, Canada, UK and Australia lately.

what to do if i never receive my order?

From time to time the mail works a little slower than normal.  We provide tracking details for your order so you know when it should be arriving.  If for whatever reason you don’t receive your order within 20 days from when we advised your order has shipped shipment from our warehouse, please use the contact form below or contact us at and we will investigate and resolve this for you. 

what to do if i received a defective order?

Please contact us immediately and we will resolve this for you.

how do i make changes to an order i've placed?

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.  After 24 hours we will be unable to cancel your order as it will have been processed and started the order fullfilment process.
